Gadget Show Jet-Powered Hoverboard

We worked with Jason Bradbury from Channel Five’s the Gadget Show to develop his jet-powered hoverboard. Based on Jason's initial prototype, we manufactured an updated version of his hoverboard. This version is remote-controlled and includes two leaf-blowers to provide the hover, coupled with a jet engine for propulsion. The fuel tanks were constructed in stainless steel while the body is a mixture of stainless steel and aluminium components. The hoverboard was tested at RAF Wattisham Airfield.
